My Background and Approach
I have a strong Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Approach which just means that I put a lot of emphasis on how you think about yourself and others and how that impacts your actions and feelings. I’m always finding a good mix between being warm and confrontational because sometimes we need a gentle hand that shows us exactly what we’re dealing with. My goal is to work WITH you, not only on building trust but to help you feel safe enough to be vulnerable in such an intimate space.
