I’m experienced, trained, and specialized in helping trauma survivors heal emotional and relational wounds at their deeper roots. I help my clients free themselves from distressing self-sabotaging tendencies, difficulties with moods, and dissociative experiences. Using approaches informed by cutting edge mind-body research, anti-oppressive frameworks, and cultural sensitivity, I can help you become less influenced by your painful past and more in charge of your life in the present and future. The clarity, healing, growth, mental flexibility, and skills gained through our work will be priceless and yours forever.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In our sacred shared healing space, I welcome and affirm your multi-faceted aspects, complexities, identities, and capacities for healing and wholeness. I trust the wisdom and inner guide / healer innately within you (and within all of us). With me, you'll never be forced into change. We will both listen deeply for what you / all parts of you are needing. Together, we will safely and mindfully explore stuck and painful areas, making them more visible and less overwhelming to address. I'll help you identify and practice steps that promote deep, lasting change and healing. I see myself as your collaborator, who pays full attention at every step, and offers you a unique blend of exploration, experimenting, learning, and inner healing / reparative work, based on what you and all parts of you are needing and wanting. I also see myself as a trained facilitator who helps you engage the inner healer and guide that’s within you (and all of us).
