About My Clients

I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, Neurodivergent clients, and anyone—regardless of race, sexuality, or gender—who seeks to create meaningful change in their lives. I especially enjoy working with creatives, and artists, or others in non-profit or helping professions. My work is relational and grounded in helping clients navigate challenges such as Gender Dysphoria, PTSD, anxiety, loss, trauma and depression.

My Background and Approach

My work is based on a trauma-informed approach to therapy. My focus is compassionate, empathic and direct. I center on the whole person, and keeping life in-balance. I have a background in Object Relations and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT and Mindfulness. I am a believer that therapy is not linear and together we can untangle the things that aren’t working for you right now in your life, and work together in a safe space to put those things back together in a meaningful way. Together, we will celebrate your resilience and progress, and give you the skills to face challenges however difficult.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The strategies I’ll share with you are those I’ve refined throughout my career working with clients facing similar challenges. I bring a wide range of creative modalities, and I collaborate with you to tailor your treatment plan to meet your needs.
