My Background and Approach
During my 6 years I have gained tools and have perfected techniques that can help individuals have a better tomorrow. My goal is to provide each individual with 5 various tools and techniques that you incorporate in your daily life. The hope is that as you acquire these skills and continue to build on them as a foundation in your life moving forward. I have been trained in various modalities including super hero therapy, expressive arts therapy, play therapy. I am an MSTI Certified Sex Therapist. With these training I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge and tool kit to assist others in overcoming their past traumas. together we will work collaboratively to identify what techniques work for you and how we can tailor the experience to fight your lifestyle.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that our past is a part of us but it does not define our future. Each day is an opportunity to start anew and make our tomorrows brighter. I share with my client that the trajectory that got each of us to where we are today is years in the making including unhealthy behaviors. This also means that unlearning them takes time. It is not an easy process but anyone possesses the ability to develop healthy behaviors and patterns. I believe in being genuine and knowing that each person is the expert of their own experience and my role is to help you unearth that knowledge. I enjoy learning and feel that each client also teaches me something new within their own experiences.
