She meets you where you are in a non-judgmental, safe space. Dr. Adrian believes that counseling is like a puzzle and it is her job to help put the puzzle pieces together. She likes to focus on the solutions, rather than stay with the problem. Dr. Adrian uses specific counseling techniques that allow you to feel more empowered with your situation. It is her hope that you will be able to work through your concerns and move forward in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change and growth are possible at any stage of life. There is no limit to our potential. Many of the struggles we face, including mental health challenges, come from unhealthy behaviors we've learned over time. But that means we can unlearn them and replace them with healthier, more empowering habits. I know this personally. As a child, I struggled with severe anxiety and panic attacks.
