My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My decision to become a therapist was driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives and help them through their struggles. Having experienced trauma as a child and witnessed the mental health challenges of my family members, including the devastating impact of suicide, I am committed to supporting others in navigating difficult times and overcoming their mental health issues. I have a natural ability to listen empathetically and provide evidence-based tools to address the root causes of their concerns. I am passionate about continuing to learn and grow in my knowledge so that I can offer the best possible support to help others improve their mental health and wellbeing.
