I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore yourself, build self-awareness, and feel empowered to achieve your goals. With a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I’m here to support your growth—mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from a range of therapeutic methods, I tailor my approach to best meet your unique needs and help you move forward with confidence.
My Background and Approach
Over the course of my training and career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings—crisis hotlines, group therapy facilitation, individual counseling, community mental health, and private practice. I draw on these varied experiences to create a personalized approach that aligns with your unique needs and fosters personal growth. For some, this might involve developing healthy coping skills, understanding behavior patterns, or improving relationships. For others, it may be about connecting the mind and body to process past experiences, intense emotions, or daily stress. In addition to my work as a therapist, I’m a registered yoga teacher, and particularly enjoy inclusion of mindfulness-based therapy to help deepen your connection to yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply believe in everyone’s capacity for change and growth. Throughout life, we develop skills, behaviors, and coping strategies to help us navigate our experiences. Yet, there are times when those tools no longer serve us or may even hold us back from living authentically and healthily. Choosing to change and seek help along the way takes real courage. My goal is to support anyone who walks through my door in taking the steps toward the positive change they’re seeking.
