You’re expected to do it all but you feel like you are barely staying above water. Finding yourself is a lifelong journey and it helps to have someone in your corner. Together we can explore what success means to you and what you need to live YOUR definition of a fulfilled life.

I specialize in women's issues with a focus on building self-compassion, self-love, and resiliency. As women, we yearn for connection and a place to be ourselves. Together we can explore who you truly are. Additionally, I work with women entrepreneurs. You may find yourself linking your “successes” or “failures” to your worth. Navigating the pitfalls of business and keeping motivation is hard to do alone. Together, we can tend to your mental health while you tend to your business.

I have worked with adolescents in various settings including residential treatment, IOP/PHP, and high-school campuses. Together we can navigate the teenage years and help you envision the life you want. You are at a stage where so much is changing, yet you are still treated like a kid at times. This can be frustrating and it can help to have someone to talk to while you discover the ups and downs of your teenage years.

Teens are incredibly unique - they have so much to offer our society, yet sometimes they don't feel completely heard or understood. I enjoy working with teens because therapy provides them a safe space to express themselves and build self-confidence. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, body image, self-harm, family issues, or discovering who you are - then I am here to help.

You’ve been told throughout your whole life that you are “too sensitive”. Maybe you’ve come to see this as a weakness or maybe you’ve come to see it for what it truly is – a strength. Living as a highly sensitive person means you feel deeply and sometimes that can be overwhelming. Together, we will discover coping tools, acceptance, and self-compassion for the moments that feel like “too much”. Being sensitive isn’t a flaw, it’s a door to deeper vulnerability and connection.

You’re a teenager trying to figure out who you are in this chaotic world. Maybe you’re the “caretaker” – always looking out for everyone else, but not being seen. Maybe you’re the “outsider” – often feeling different and struggling to find a place where you can be your true self. Maybe you’re a dreamer, uncertain, quiet, or loud – whoever you are, whoever you will become – I’m here to support you on your journey of self-discovery.

Self-esteem is what you receive from external validation, but self-confidence is an internal process. Together, we explore the meaning of both and how to step into who you are with appreciation and compassion. Self-acceptance and self-understanding are key to feeling good in your mind, body, and soul.
