About My Clients
I’m particularly attuned to working with creatives, over-thinkers, and high-intensity folks. This often includes aspects of ADHD, high sensitivity, and many other neurodivergent traits. My approach to this work is oriented around not simply managing challenges but amplifying strengths, with an emphasis on learning to embrace and work with your nature. I also specialize in issues that emerge at midlife, a unique time in which new stressors and shifting priorities can manifest in unexpected ways.
My Background and Approach
I employ an integrative approach grounded in relational-psychodynamic, interpersonal, attachment-based, and existential perspectives. This supports clients in expanding their capacity for insight, emotional regulation, and psychological flexibility, which can lead to improved functioning, better relationships, and a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
My Values as a Therapist
I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration in which my role is to help you leverage your strengths, resilience, and intrinsic potential for change while cultivating a deeper understanding of yourself. I strive to embody a stance of openness and curiosity in our work together, fostering an atmosphere of safety in which all aspects of self and experience can be explored without judgment.
