Underlying most stressors in life are anxiety and depression, in which I have extensive experience in treating. My Background and Approach
My training and experience have allowed me to develop clinical expertise in treatment modalities that are evidence-based, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe in the power of the mind and the power of psychotherapy. I will take a collaborative approach with you as I believe that every person and experience is unique. My goal is to provide you with skills, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself that will allow you to find joy. In my work with you, I hope to promote your wellness, and demonstrate respect and concern for your life and overall well-being.
