I work with adults and teens who are ready to feel calmer, more confident, and better connected—to themselves and to the people in their lives. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, high-functioning depression, stress, or relationship challenges, we’ll take a collaborative approach to help you move forward. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift unhelpful thought patterns, use Assertiveness Training to strengthen your voice and boundaries, and integrate Adlerian Theory to explore how your early life shaped your present. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and tailored to what actually works for you. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Sessions are available virtually or in-person (mask optional), with flexible scheduling to fit your life.
