My Background and Approach

With 15 years of experience, I’ve helped children, moms, and women navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I know how heavy it can feel to juggle responsibilities, manage big emotions, or struggle with self doubt. My goal is to give you real, practical tools that you can use daily to feel more in control, more balanced, and more confident in handling life’s challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. In our sessions, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you and create a plan that works for your unique needs. I help kids express emotions in healthy ways, support moms in managing burnout and guilt, and guide women through life’s stress and transitions. Therapy with me is a conversation where you feel truly heard and understood. We’ll work together to identify patterns that may be holding you back and build strategies to help you feel stronger. Many clients start noticing relief within the first few sessions. You don’t have to do this alone!
