About My Clients

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, or unsure how to trust in your relationships? You’re not alone. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, past emotional wounds, or the uncertainty of navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll break through old patterns, build confidence, and create healthier relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.

My Background and Approach

As a Clinical Graduate Intern working toward my LPC in Virginia, I’ve dedicated my training to helping people navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrative techniques, person-centered support, and other trauma-focused interventions—all tailored to your unique needs. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about building real, lasting change. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether anxiety keeps you on edge, past relationships leave you questioning your worth, or self-doubt holds you back, I provide tools to help you regain control. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to quiet racing thoughts, shift unhelpful patterns, and strengthen emotional resilience. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where we can explore challenges, build confidence, and help you create the life and relationships you deserve.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the stress, self-doubt, and past pain. I value authenticity, resilience, and the power of human connection. No matter what you’re carrying—anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles—you deserve support that meets you where you are. I deeply respect the strength and sacrifices of military service members, veterans, first responders, and anyone navigating high-pressure careers, life transitions, or identity shifts. I strive to create an inclusive space where all experiences are honored, including those from the LGBTQ+ community, individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and anyone seeking meaningful change. Outside of therapy, I believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and purpose-driven living. Whether you're looking for structure, emotional support, or tools to break old patterns, I’m here to help you build a future that feels right for you.
