About My Clients
Can you push through hard times? Sure - you always do. Life is challenging these days. But what if you can learn to feel really good, even when life is chaotic? What if reactivity, fear, guilt, shame, anxiety and depression wasn't your first go to? What if you could really be present in your life, work, and your relationships? My clients show up to create meaning, joy, peace, and resiliency in their demanding lives and relationships. They are engaged and work through the really hard things.
My Background and Approach
My approach is Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Client Centered, with the intersectionality of a feminist lens that supports all people fully growing into themselves. I embrace a multicultural and culturally sensitive viewpoint, ensuring my practice is welcoming and affirming for everyone. My style is warm, transparent, and actively engaged. I use integrative frames that includes Developmental Models, Attachment Theory, Trauma Informed Care and other research proven modalities. The best outcomes comes when you find a good match, the techniques actually don't matter nearly as much. I offer a free 20 minute phone call for both us to get a sense of how we'd work together. At present, I offer Psychotherapy services exclusively to clients in California. However, Coaching, IEMT and Relational and Recovery services extend nationally and internationally, embracing a global community. I hope we can one day connect and explore your path. My beliefs are to work with clients to prioritize their well-being by creating space to honor their needs, desires, and creativity. I guide clients in releasing self-criticism and embracing pride in their growth and accomplishments. Together, we break free from guilt, worry, and overthinking to restore focus and balance. My work supports making purpose-driven decisions that align with their highest goals while staying connected to what matters most. I help clients create space for peace and clarity by easing life's overwhelm and encouraging self-reflection. Finally, I empower clients to cultivate self-trust, self-respect, and courage to embrace transformation, whether it's healing trauma, working with mood disorders, improving relationships, changing careers, or pursuing long-held dreams.
