About My Clients

I have worked with people with co-occurring diagnoses for over 4 years, primarily working with individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, trauma, schizophrenia, and substance use. I have found utilizing cultural competency and adapting to clients’ individual needs and strengths to be paramount in my work.

My Background and Approach

I take a client-centered approach, pulling mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. I focus on identifying each client’s unique strengths, collaboratively developing individualized, evidence-based approaches to address their needs and building long-lasting coping mechanisms.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am advocate for social justice and equality. Cultural competency is an important part of understanding a person's experience that should not be ignored.
