My Background and Approach
With over 25 years of experience and my own journey as a Mexican American, I get what it's like to face the struggles you’re going through. I hold dual degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology, and I specialize in helping people tackle trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship tiffs. I work with diverse communities dealing with cultural stress, systemic challenges, and immigration concerns. Using practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients heal, get stronger, and cope better. Being bilingual and culturally aware lets me connect with clients in ways that feel real and meaningful. I create a safe space for you to talk, heal, and grow, so you can take control of your story and move forward with confidence.
