I have worked with children, adults, and immigrants to navigate challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize in understanding the unique experiences of immigrants, including acculturation challenges. My approach is holistic, blending different counseling styles to best support your individual needs. For children, I incorporate play and creative activities to encourage self-exploration and emotional development.
My Background and Approach
As an immigrant myself, I deeply value cultural understanding and empathy. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can feel heard and understood.
