About My Clients

When you are ready to take the first steps in making changes or if you are wanting to deepen your healing journey, a supportive guide can make all the difference. Shed layers of who you are no longer to get to your authentic self. Feel safe in your body. Feel more connected. Have your story witnessed. Space to grieve. Learn how to feel your feelings. Find what truly brings you joy. I help women working through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, transitions, and relationship struggles.

My Approach to Helping

My style is warm, supportive, and directive. I am a somatic therapist, which means I help you release stuck emotions and energy in your body. I am a trauma therapist, which means I help you heal old wounds from childhood that make it hard to connect with yourself and others. I am a nature therapist, which means I help you find allies in nature to support your healing journey. I also offer outdoor nature therapy sessions in the North Sound area: north Seattle, Bothell, Everett, Snohomish.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a nurturing, safe and powerful place to grow and learn new ways of being with yourself and others. I believe deeply in the healing power of nature. I am also a Nature Guide. I lead Plant Walks and Mushroom Walks and teach classes about PNW plants and trees, their physical, emotional and spiritual healing properties, and ethical and spiritual foraging practices to help people connect with nature for healing and growth. I love spending time in the forest talking to the plants and trees and listening to what they have to say.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
