About My Clients

I'm passionate about working with people who are facing a pivotal juncture in their lives, wondering how to move forward amidst difficult transitions or emotional pain. I specialize in helping clients navigate grief, work through interpersonal challenges, and explore their identity to build a deeper connection to self.

My Background and Approach

I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for my clients and am interactive and authentic in sessions. My therapeutic style draws from person-centered and psychodynamic approaches, with a focus on deep exploration of your relationships and experiences, understanding of your emotions and patterns of thought and behavior, and on building compassion for your past and present selves. I work collaboratively with you to achieve your unique goals for therapy so you can find lasting and impactful change. My goal is that you feel supported and empowered as you navigate life's challenges and build towards a future where you can thrive as your most authentic self. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a writer and editor for several years in the publishing, marketing, and technology fields. I previously served as a mental health counselor for neurodiverse children in a special education school setting and also facilitated grief support groups for young adults.
