My Background and Approach
Before I became a psych NP, I spent over a decade in the ICU, ER, and the back of a jet handling literal emergencies—so trust me when I say your brain chaos doesn’t scare me. Now, I help people who are tired of pretending they’re fine while low-key spiraling. My approach is casual, collaborative, and completely judgment-free. You bring the emotional baggage; I’ll bring the evidence-based care, some solid coping skills, and probably a dad joke. Medication? Maybe. Therapy? Absolutely. Humor? Mandatory. Together, we’ll build a plan that works in real life—not the imaginary one where you suddenly wake up as someone with flawless executive function.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every human—no matter their chaos level—deserves love, care, compassion, respect, quality healthcare, and the freedom to exist without judgment or persecution. Full stop. You deserve choices. You deserve safety. You deserve to take up space without apologizing for it. I’m not here to fix you because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live life on your own terms (with fewer mental breakdowns and more peace). Around here, we root for the underdogs, the overthinkers, and everyone society told to “just calm down.”
