As a therapist, I address domestic violence by providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences. I offer support through trauma-informed care, helping clients build coping strategies, and develop safety plans. I also work on empowering clients, enhancing self-esteem, and connecting them with resources for legal and social support. Collaborating closely with other professionals ensures a comprehensive approach to their healing and safety.

As a therapist, I treat anxiety through a combination of evidence-based techniques: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge and reframe negative thoughts, mindfulness practices to ground clients in the present, and relaxation exercises to manage physiological symptoms. I also work on developing coping strategies, encouraging lifestyle changes such as regular exercise and balanced nutrition, and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship to build resilience.

As a therapist, I treat depression using a range of approaches: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and shift negative thought patterns, behavioral activation to increase engagement in positive activities, and mindfulness to improve emotional regulation. I use Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to help clients identify and challenge the beliefs and assumptions behind their thoughts and behaviors. By examining how clients interpret situations, we shift maladaptive patterns, leading to healthier emotional responses and more accurate perspectives.
